Cremation Services

When It's Time to Say Goodbye...

The loss of a beloved pet is one of the most heartbreaking events we will experience in our lives.  Each individual will cope with the loss in a different way.  For some, this will mean taking your pet home to bury them.  However, for others, this will not be possible, or it will not be how you will want to cope with the loss.

For this reason, we are partnered with F.L. Hauger and her small animal crematorium, Friends to End. Friends to End has been caring for pets in the area for over 16 years with great compassion. Friends to End understands that your pets are a very important part of your family. They offer full cremation services handled individually, and have a complete selection of urns and caskets.

We at Somerset Veterinary Hospital understand how difficult the decision is to say goodbye to your pet. We strive to make this process as easy as possible.  We will provide you with suggestions and answer any questions you may have about pet cremation services to help you with this heartbreaking experience.

  • "I came here 6 years ago when they were the only ones who would see my sick pup, and they were the best! They helped my girl get better and provided her years of loving service until we lost her to lymphoma last year. They still take care of my other babies and do an excellent job of doing so! We're patients for LIFE! Thank you guys for ALL you do :) With Love, Gina & The Crew Mountain Pride Pits."

  • "I just wanted to take a minute to say how very grateful I am for the entire team at Somerset Veterinary Hospital. I recently had a cat and two kittens spayed/neutered, and they all came through the procedure wonderfully. Dr. Penny is THE BEST!! The vet-techs and front desk girls are always super nice and helpful. I feel good knowing that my 'family' is in good hands when being treated. Thank you all for all you do!!"
